雙室式燜燒爐

燜燒爐是經(jīng)過預(yù)脫漿處理后的玻璃纖維布或石蠟型玻璃纖維布上的浸潤劑殘留量0.2-0.4%降至到0.04%，使其玻璃纖維布具有足夠的強度，又使其作為絕緣材料可以完全滿足高溫性能的要求。
Double rooms burning furnace
Burning furnace is used to reduce the remaining infiltration agent of glass fiber cloth and paraffin type glass fiber cloth which had been pre desized from 0.2-0.4% to 0.04% to make it the enough strength and fully meet the requirements of high temperature performance as insulating materials.

Technical characteristic:
結(jié)構(gòu)簡單，維護方便，各室可獨立工作；
外置獨立加熱室，空空換熱，保證燜燒爐使用潔凈熱空氣；
熱風(fēng)強制對流、噴射換熱，提高熱交換效率；
高可靠性熱循環(huán)風(fēng)機，風(fēng)機冷卻采用風(fēng)冷和水冷，提高風(fēng)機使用壽命；
采用高溫離心風(fēng)機強制排廢；
獨特機械爐門防墜裝置；
爐門自動提升裝置；
燜燒實現(xiàn)自動控溫；
可選擇配置燜燒爐內(nèi)工裝（燜燒輥、燜燒架）；
爐體內(nèi)壁、加熱室內(nèi)壁、風(fēng)管全部采用不銹鋼板。

Hot air is forced to convect, jet heat exchanger, heat exchange efficiency.
High reliability thermal cycling fan, fan is cooled by air and water to improve the service life of the fan.
Use high temperature centrifugal fan forced exhaust.
Unique mechanical door for device.
Oven door lifting device automatically.
Optional configuration burning furnace tooling (burning roller, burning frame).
The inner wall of the furnace body, heating indoor wall and duct are all made of stainless steel plate.
